My sister, Rebecca, is heavily pregnant.. She is due tomorrow. She has a racking cough that keeps her up at night and totally exhausts her. She doesn't know how she will have the strength to deliver the baby.

Lord for health reason i need to lose a lot of weight. I wanna live for my son and finally be happy with the way i look.
